Victoria Falls National Park

Victoria Falls National Park in north-western Zimbabwe protects the south and east bank of the Zambezi River in the area of the world-famous Victoria Falls. It extends along the Zambezi river from the larger Zambezi National Park about 6 km above the falls to about 12 km below the falls.

The spray from the falls typically rises to a height of over 400 metres (1,300 ft), sometimes up to twice as high, and is visible from up to 50 km (30 mi) away. 

The morning we visited, only the first 1/3 of the 2.4 km loop trail was clear enough for photography. From there, until the end; we were dressed in full body rain gear and cameras were put away. We got soaked!

A Walking Safari

Wild Horizons Elephant Sanctuary

Follow the man with the gun.

Coco is the 43 year old alpha female at the sanctuary.

Not only do elephants hold the record for largest land animal, but they also take the title of longest eyelashes. Their lashes can grow up to 5 inches long and are not just for looks. Eyelashes of that length help protect the animals from dust, debris, or sand getting in the eyes.

An elephant's tail brush, composed of coarse, wire-like hairs, serves primarily as a fly swatter, helping to keep insects away from their bodies, especially the rear end.

I caught 'some' of the dribble ( lOOk closely ) but, I missed most of  the 'big' drop;
